The Commish Report – November 3, 2014

Hey as we start the 2nd half of the season, past Halloween and into Thanksgiving mode, I realized how scary all the money being spent on these Mid-term elections — but I’m also thankful now that the campaign ads and elections will be over!!

High school playoffs are under way and it’s a weird feeling not having Harlan playing football right now….but congrats to the area teams that did make it!  Also, congrats to area Cross Country teams and good luck volleyball teams….and good luck bands and choir and musicals and plays and any other team or organization or person that have something going on right now!  Did I miss anyone?

OK, so now for last night’s MNF results:

Home team New York Giants — 24
Visiting team Indianapolis Colts — 40

Winning book # 77

Group 1 winner — Mark Crall ( really Mark, you want the Knights to keep your winnings? Such a good guy, thanks!)
Group 2 winner — Bob Bissen ( Bob, you don’t have to, but Mark Crall proably wants a drink for being such a good guy:)

So, as we still enjoy this nice Fall weather, remember to be careful as the harvest continues and also remember to VOTE today!  You’ll be happy you did and probably be happy they’re over.

Until next week, keep on keepin’ on!
